Waffles with Smashed Avocado and Strawberries
Vanilla Greek YogurtIngredients
- 8 frozen whole-grain waffles, toasted
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 1 avocado
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook waffles according to package directions.
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Mash avocado and salt in a bowl until smooth. Spread over waffles. Top with strawberries and pecans; sprinkle with basil.
