Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Sesame EdamameIngredients
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ½ Tbsp honey
- 1 lb peeled and deveined, large cooked shrimp
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 6 Bibb or butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Divide shrimp mixture, tomato, and green onions among lettuce leaves. Drizzle with additional Sriracha and any remaining mayonnaise mixture, if desired.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen edamame in pods
- ¾ tsp toasted sesame seeds
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook edamame according to package directions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
