Cookie Butter Banana Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 (3.4-oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup creamy cookie butter
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (8.8-oz) pkg Biscoff cookies, broken into large pieces
  • 6 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (16-oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Beat pudding mix, milk, and cream at medium speed with an electric mixer until thickened. Beat in cookie butter and vanilla.
  2. Layer cookies, pudding mixture, bananas, and whipped topping in serving dishes. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 4 hours before serving.
