Cookie Butter Banana Pudding Cups

Ingredients
- 2 (3.4-oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup creamy cookie butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg Biscoff cookies, broken into large pieces
- 6 bananas, sliced
- 1 (16-oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Beat pudding mix, milk, and cream at medium speed with an electric mixer until thickened. Beat in cookie butter and vanilla.
- Layer cookies, pudding mixture, bananas, and whipped topping in serving dishes. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 4 hours before serving.
