Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground sirloin
  • 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ small red onion, cut into ¼-inch-thick rings
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, mint, and garlic powder in a bowl. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
  2. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill onion slices 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tender. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
  3. Stir together ketchup and curry powder; spread on buns. Serve burgers on buns with onion and cheese.

  • 7 oz frozen potato wedges (about one-third of bag)
