Mediterranean Burgers with Curry Ketchup

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground sirloin
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ small red onion, cut into ¼-inch-thick rings
- 2 hamburger buns
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- ¼ tsp curry powder
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, mint, and garlic powder in a bowl. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill onion slices 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tender. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
- Stir together ketchup and curry powder; spread on buns. Serve burgers on buns with onion and cheese.
