Seared Salmon with Horseradish Sauce
Lemony Arugula with PistachiosIngredients
- ¾ lb salmon fillets
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1½ Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tsp prepared horseradish
Instructions
- Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook fillets in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side until browned and fish flakes with a fork.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish. Serve fillets with sauce.
