Lemon-Tahini Grilled Salmon
Tomato-Couscous Toss
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- ¼ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grate 2 tsp zest and squeeze 2 Tbsp juice from lemon. Whisk together tahini, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and ½ tsp salt in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in water until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle salmon with oil; sprinkle with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Drizzle tahini sauce on salmon. Sprinkle with red pepper.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 pints grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook couscous according to package directions; stir in oil. Toss with remaining ingredients in a bowl.
