Mushroom and Gravy-Smothered Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • ½ (2.2-oz) pkg beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1¾ cups water
  • 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen beef meatballs, thawed

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large, deep skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms, and cook until browned.
  2. Add soup mix, soup, water, and meatballs; cook until meatballs are thoroughly heated and gravy is thickened. Serve over rice.

  • 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag white rice
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
