Ingredients

  • 2 sweet onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Cook onions, covered, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until almost tender. Uncover and cook 8 minutes or until onions are browned and tender, stirring often.
  2. Meanwhile, combine beef, 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl; shape into 6 patties. Cook patties, in batches, in a grill pan or large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  3. Serve patties on buns with onions and remaining barbecue sauce.

  • 6 ears corn, husks removed
  • 6 Tbsp butter, softened and divided
  • ¾ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place corn on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread 3 Tbsp butter on corn.
  2. Roast 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned, turning corn occasionally. Spread 3 Tbsp butter on corn; sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
