Pizza Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or use ground Italian pork sausage)
- 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (11-oz) pkg gluten-free tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (4.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- ½ cup sliced green olives
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (14-oz) jar gluten-free pizza sauce, heated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook beef, pepperoni, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese; top with beef mixture and olives.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve pizza sauce with nachos for dipping.
