Tuna Crunch Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 3 (5-oz) cans solid white albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 6 brioche hamburger buns
- 3 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, and celery in a bowl; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Spoon tuna mixture onto bottom buns on a baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or just until cheese melts. Transfer sandwiches to a cutting board.
- Pile about ½ cup crushed chips onto each sandwich. Cover with bun tops.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg watermelon spears (or wedges)

- Serve watermelon with sandwiches.
