Ingredients

  • 3 (5-oz) cans solid white albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 6 brioche hamburger buns
  • 3 cups coarsely crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, and celery in a bowl; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Spoon tuna mixture onto bottom buns on a baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or just until cheese melts. Transfer sandwiches to a cutting board.
  3. Pile about ½ cup crushed chips onto each sandwich. Cover with bun tops.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg watermelon spears (or wedges)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve watermelon with sandwiches.
