Garlic Butter Steak
Sweet Potato FriesIngredients
- 1½ lb flank steak (or use skirt steak)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (3.5-oz) stick garlic-and-herb butter
Instructions
- Pat steak dry on both sides; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Let stand 10 minutes; thinly slice steak across the grain. Melt butter in a small microwave-safe bowl in microwave. Spoon butter over steak.
