Barbecue Beef and Bacon Pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, chopped 
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1-lb) rolled out deli pizza dough
  • ¾ cup red barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cubed fontina cheese
  • ¼ cup white barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Wipe skillet clean.
  2. Cook beef in same skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain well.
  3. Place dough on a lightly greased large pizza pan, pressing to edges of pan. Spread red barbecue sauce over dough. Top with cheeses, beef, and bacon.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheeses are melted and crust is golden brown. Drizzle with white barbecue sauce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 2 honeycrisp apples, chopped
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
