Barbecue Beef and Bacon Pizza
Easy Apple-Ranch ColeslawIngredients
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1-lb) rolled out deli pizza dough
- ¾ cup red barbecue sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cubed fontina cheese
- ¼ cup white barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Wipe skillet clean.
- Cook beef in same skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain well.
- Place dough on a lightly greased large pizza pan, pressing to edges of pan. Spread red barbecue sauce over dough. Top with cheeses, beef, and bacon.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheeses are melted and crust is golden brown. Drizzle with white barbecue sauce.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 2 honeycrisp apples, chopped
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
