Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp water
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, whisk together hoisin, garlic, rice vinegar, water, and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until thickened, whisking occasionally. Serve sauce with pork.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 4 Tbsp dark sesame oil, divided
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- 1 (14-oz) pkg rice noodles
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss broccoli with 2 Tbsp oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and crisp-tender. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain and toss with 2 Tbsp oil.
