Glazed Pork Chops

Roasted Sesame Broccoli and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together hoisin, garlic, rice vinegar, water, and ginger in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until thickened, whisking occasionally. Serve sauce with pork.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 4 Tbsp dark sesame oil, divided
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 (14-oz) pkg rice noodles

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss broccoli with 2 Tbsp oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and crisp-tender. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain and toss with 2 Tbsp oil.
