Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, honey, and chipotle pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp, and toss.
  2. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve shrimp over Chipotle Ranch Salad recipe.

  • ½ cup organic Ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
  • 9 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 2 organic tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 avocados, sliced

  1. Whisk together dressing and chipotle pepper in a small bowl. Add lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado; toss.
