Chili-Cheese Sweet Potato Fries
Cinnamon Applesauce
Ingredients
- 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen gluten-free sweet potato waffle fries
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (15-oz) can gluten-free chili (with or without beans)
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss fries with oil, salt, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until crisp.
- Meanwhile, cook chili in a small saucepan over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Divide fries among 6 plates; top each with chili, cheese, and sour cream. Sprinkle with green onions.

- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

- Chill applesauce in refrigerator. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
