Baked Turkey-Havarti Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 (24-count) pkg slider rolls
  • 1 lb thin deli-sliced smoked turkey
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 10 thin deli slices havarti cheese
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest, and dill in a small bowl.
  2. Cut slider rolls in half, keeping rolls intact. Spread mayonnaise mixture on rolls. Assemble sliders with turkey, tomato slices, and cheese. Place sliders in 2 lightly greased 9-inch baking dishes.
  3. Combine butter, mustard, and Worcestershire in a microwavable bowl; cover loosely, and microwave at HIGH until butter is melted. Pour mixture over rolls.
  4. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with poppy seeds, and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
