Chicken Parmesan Roll Ups
Corn on the Cob and Crunchy Green Bean FriesIngredients
- 12 frozen breaded chicken tenderloins
- 1 (11-oz) can refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken tenderloins on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; bake 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, unroll dough and press into an 18- x- 8-inch rectangle. Cut into 12 (1½-inch-thick) strips. Spoon 1 Tbsp sauce in center of each strip. Top with 1 slice cheese and 1 chicken tenderloin. Roll up and place seam side down on same baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan and seasoning.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining marinara sauce, for dipping.

- 1 (6-count) pkg frozen mini corn on the cob
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen crispy green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Boil corn in water to cover 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Bake green beans according to package directions.
