Chicken Parmesan Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen breaded chicken tenderloins
  • 1 (11-oz) can refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken tenderloins on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; bake 12 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, unroll dough and press into an 18- x- 8-inch rectangle. Cut into 12 (1½-inch-thick) strips. Spoon 1 Tbsp sauce in center of each strip. Top with 1 slice cheese and 1 chicken tenderloin. Roll up and place seam side down on same baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan and seasoning.
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining marinara sauce, for dipping.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6-count) pkg frozen mini corn on the cob
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen crispy green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Boil corn in water to cover 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Bake green beans according to package directions.
