Grilled Sirloin with Lemony Mustard Aïoli

Ingredients
- 2½ Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lb boneless top sirloin steak
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or a grill pan coated with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
- Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, garlic, and lemon juice. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Top with aïoli.

- 6 slices bacon
- 1 (8-oz) pkg haricots vert (French green beans)
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until pliable but not quite crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Cook green beans in boiling water in a large saucepan over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain beans; place in ice water to stop cooking process. Drain well; pat dry with paper towels.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss beans with oil, vinegar, and salt. Arrange beans in three bundles.
- Wrap 2 slices bacon around each bean bundle; place bundles, a few inches apart, on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon begins to crisp and brown.
