Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
- 1½ lb 93% lean ground beef
- ¼ cup chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 8 ultra-thin slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, leaves separated
- 2 tomatoes, sliced and then cut in half-moons
- 1 small red onion, cut into slivers
- Dill pickle chips (optional)
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Stir in chili sauce, Worcestershire, and mustard.
- Arrange sliced cheese across top of beef in skillet, overlapping slightly; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
- Arrange lettuce in each bowl; top with a portion of cheese-smothered beef, a portion of French Fries recipe, tomatoes, onion, and pickles, if desired.

- Bake fries according to package directions.
