Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb 93% lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 8 ultra-thin slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts, leaves separated
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced and then cut in half-moons
  • 1 small red onion, cut into slivers
  • Dill pickle chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Stir in chili sauce, Worcestershire, and mustard.
  2. Arrange sliced cheese across top of beef in skillet, overlapping slightly; let stand 1 minute or until melted.
  3. Arrange lettuce in each bowl; top with a portion of cheese-smothered beef, a portion of French Fries recipe, tomatoes, onion, and pickles, if desired.

Side Dish Instructions
