Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1½ lb large easy-to-peel shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¾ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • ¾ (.7-oz) envelope zesty Italian seasoning mix
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1½ lemons, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together melted butter, shrimp, broccoli, seasoning mix, and red pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange lemon slices on a rimmed baking sheet; pour shrimp mixture over lemons, and spread in an even layer.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced tomatoes on a platter. Drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
