Spicy Shrimp and Broccoli Bake
Tomatoes with Balsamic DressingIngredients
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1½ lb large easy-to-peel shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¾ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- ¾ (.7-oz) envelope zesty Italian seasoning mix
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1½ lemons, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together melted butter, shrimp, broccoli, seasoning mix, and red pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange lemon slices on a rimmed baking sheet; pour shrimp mixture over lemons, and spread in an even layer.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Arrange sliced tomatoes on a platter. Drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
