Ranch Chicken Club Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 4 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Heat or toast tortillas according to package directions.
- Stir together mayonnaise and Ranch mix, adding water as needed to reach pourable consistency.
- Divide chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese among tortillas. Drizzle with Ranch sauce.
