Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen oven roasters red potato wedges and onions
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp garlic and herb butter, cut into 2 pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread potatoes, onions, and garlic on a greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle steak all over with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes. Flip and cook 2 to 4 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from heat. Top with butter; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak.
- Serve steak with roasted vegetables.

- ½ (11-oz) pkg spring mix
- 1 small tomato, cut into wedges
- ½ (8-oz) pkg fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
- ⅓ cup creamy Italian dressing
- ½ cup whole-grain large cut Italian herb croutons
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
