Crispy Lemon-Parmesan Shrimp
Simple Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp almond flour
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ¾ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine flour, cheese, seasoning, and salt in a shallow bowl. Place egg in a second shallow bowl.
- Dip shrimp in egg, letting excess drip off. Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, and set aside.
- Cook shrimp in hot butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 18 minutes or until asparagus is tender and lightly charred.
