Everything Bagel Chicken

Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange chicken in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Brush butter over chicken. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning, pressing gently to adhere.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Serve with chicken.

  • 1½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together broccoli, tomatoes, oil, and garlic salt on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until almost tender. Sprinkle with cheese; toss. Bake 5 minutes longer or until broccoli is tender.
