French Onion Burgers
Crispy Zucchini FriesIngredients
- 6 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 6 thin slices provolone cheese
- 1½ small onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 15 minutes or until tender and browned. Serve cheeseburgers with onions.

- 3 zucchini, cut into sticks
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (2.12-oz) pkg Parmesan cheese crisps, crushed
- 5 Tbsp almond flour
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together zucchini, egg, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add cheese crisps and almond flour; toss.
- Spread in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until zucchini is golden, turning after 10 minutes.
