Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 (8-oz) block sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 12 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 lb low-sodium deli-sliced roast beef (see Note)
  • 1½ avocados, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Cut cheese into 24 pieces.
  2. Top lettuce leaves with roast beef, cheese, mayonnaise mixture, and avocado.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 2½ cups sliced cucumbers
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Drizzle dressing on cucumbers; season with pepper.
