Coconut-Almond Sauce Steak

Ingredients
- 2 lb skirt steak
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 (13.66-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Grill, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Meanwhile, whisk together coconut milk, almond butter, lime juice, soy sauce, and red pepper in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is smooth and thoroughly heated. Serve with steak.

- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- ½ tsp garlic salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook Broccolini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until water is evaporated and Broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
