Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup sesame-ginger dressing
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain and crumble bacon.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, and toss. Sprinkle with bacon.
