Skillet Italian Casserole

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground Italian pork sausage
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (8-oz) container chopped onion
- 1½ cups pasta sauce
- ½ (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni (or use pepperoni minis)
- ½ (16-oz) pkg zucchini noodles
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Brown sausage in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Drain and keep warm.
- Add oil to skillet. Cook onion in hot oil 2 minutes or until beginning to soften. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in cooked sausage, pasta sauce, pepperoni, and zucchini noodles.
- Cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat, and top with cheese.
- Preheat broiler. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg classic iceberg salad
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together salad and dressing in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
