Easy Steak and Pineapple Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 lb top sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ (16-oz) container peeled and cored pineapple
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1½-inch cubes and place in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil, and basil; seal bag, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discarding marinade.
- Cut pineapple into 1-inch cubes. Thread steak and pineapple alternately on skewers. Grill kabobs, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until steak is to desired doneness.

- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwaveable long-grain white rice
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ Honeycrisp apple, sliced
- ¼ cup canned mandarin oranges in juice, drained
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated light balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions; stir in salt.
- Toss together lettuce, apple, oranges, and vinaigrette in a medium bowl just before serving.
