Ingredients

  • 2 (1.9-oz) pkg frozen phyllo shells
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg garlic and herb cheese
  • 30 peeled and deveined, medium-size cooked shrimp (about 1½ lb)
  • 2 pints blackberries
  • ⅓ cup fig preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet; bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Let cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together cheeses in a bowl. Spoon about 1 Tbsp cheese mixture into each phyllo shell. Top each with 1 cooked shrimp, 1 blackberry, and about ½ tsp preserves. Serve immediately.
