Shrimp Tartlets

Ingredients
- 2 (1.9-oz) pkg frozen phyllo shells
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ (5-oz) pkg garlic and herb cheese
- 30 peeled and deveined, medium-size cooked shrimp (about 1½ lb)
- 2 pints blackberries
- ⅓ cup fig preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet; bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Let cool completely.
- Meanwhile, stir together cheeses in a bowl. Spoon about 1 Tbsp cheese mixture into each phyllo shell. Top each with 1 cooked shrimp, 1 blackberry, and about ½ tsp preserves. Serve immediately.
