Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh tarragon, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 20 slices white bread

Instructions

  1. Beat first 9 ingredients together with an electric mixer at medium-low speed until blended.
  2. Spread chicken salad on one side of half of bread slices. Cover with remaining bread to make sandwiches. Remove crusts, if preferred.
