Ingredients
- 6 thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce, heated
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 6 (0.67-oz) slices provolone cheese
- 2 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, leaves separated
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle chicken with oil; sprinkle with seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute. Slice chicken, if desired.
- Spread sauce on buns. Assemble sandwiches with chicken, tomatoes, cheese, and basil.

- 2 English cucumbers, sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
