Ingredients

  • 6 thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, heated
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 6 (0.67-oz) slices provolone cheese
  • 2 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle chicken with oil; sprinkle with seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute. Slice chicken, if desired.
  3. Spread sauce on buns. Assemble sandwiches with chicken, tomatoes, cheese, and basil.

  • 2 English cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

  1. Toss together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
