Everything Bagel Chicken
Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- ¼ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange chicken in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Brush butter on chicken. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Serve with chicken.

- ¾ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together broccoli, tomatoes, oil, and garlic salt on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 10 minutes or until almost tender. Sprinkle with cheese; toss. Bake 5 minutes longer or until broccoli is tender.
