Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen broccoli stir-fry
  • ½ lb boneless pork chops, cubed
  • ¼ tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp pepper, divided
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle pork with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add broth, cream, turmeric, garlic powder, paprika, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper; cook 6 minutes or until sauce is thickened and pork is done. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
