Spinach Ravioli Lasagna
Quick Italian Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 Tbsp pesto
- ⅔ cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
- 1½ cups frozen cheese ravioli
- ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together spinach and pesto in a bowl.
- Stir together Alfredo sauce and broth in a separate bowl. Spread one-third of Alfredo in bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Top with half each of spinach mixture and ravioli. Repeat layers, ending with Alfredo.
- Cover and bake 25 minutes; uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 cups salad greens
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 3 Tbsp Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
