Bacon-Ranch Burgers
Avocado-Arugula Salad
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 6 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp. Drain, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Mix beef, Ranch dressing mix, and cheese in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 6 small patties.
- Cook patties in hot drippings over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
- Arrange lettuce in 3 stacks; top with burgers, bacon, and tomato.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby arugula
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine arugula, avocado, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Drizzle mixture with vinaigrette; toss.
