Bacon-Ranch Burgers

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 6 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp. Drain, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  2. Mix beef, Ranch dressing mix, and cheese in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 6 small patties.
  3. Cook patties in hot drippings over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
  4. Arrange lettuce in 3 stacks; top with burgers, bacon, and tomato.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg baby arugula
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine arugula, avocado, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Drizzle mixture with vinaigrette; toss.
