Ingredients
- 2 (5-oz) cans solid white albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 3 brioche hamburger buns
- 1 cup coarsely crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, and celery in a bowl; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Spoon tuna mixture onto bottom buns on a baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or just until cheese melts. Transfer sandwiches to a cutting board.
- Pile about ⅓ cup crushed chips onto each sandwich. Cover with bun tops.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg watermelon spears (or wedges)
