Cajun-Style Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 4 (4-oz) boneless pork chops
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Stir together 1 Tbsp oil and hot sauce; set aside.
  2. Sprinkle pork with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook pork in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add hot sauce mixture to skillet; cook 1 minute, turning pork chops to coat. Serve chops with pan sauce and lemon wedges.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg cauliflower crumbles
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cauliflower, garlic salt, and pepper; cook 4 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Add broth; cook 12 minutes or until liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
