Cajun-Style Pork Chops
Cauliflower "Grits"Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 4 (4-oz) boneless pork chops
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Stir together 1 Tbsp oil and hot sauce; set aside.
- Sprinkle pork with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook pork in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until done.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add hot sauce mixture to skillet; cook 1 minute, turning pork chops to coat. Serve chops with pan sauce and lemon wedges.

- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cauliflower, garlic salt, and pepper; cook 4 minutes, stirring often.
- Add broth; cook 12 minutes or until liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
