Ingredients

  • 1 (17-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
  • 10 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • ½ English cucumber, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (6-oz) container crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (4.25-oz) can chopped black olives, drained

Instructions

  1. Spread about ¼ cup hummus over each tortilla. Arrange bell pepper, cucumber, onion, cheese, and olives over tortillas. Roll up tightly. Slice to serve.
