Greek Salad Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1 (17-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
- 10 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 2 yellow bell peppers, thinly sliced
- ½ English cucumber, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (6-oz) container crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (4.25-oz) can chopped black olives, drained
Instructions
- Spread about ¼ cup hummus over each tortilla. Arrange bell pepper, cucumber, onion, cheese, and olives over tortillas. Roll up tightly. Slice to serve.
