Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ginger, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs; place on a lightly greased wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs 20 minutes or until no longer pink in centers.
- Meanwhile, heat teriyaki sauce in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add meatballs; stirring to coat with sauce.
