Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp grainy mustard
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine honey, mustard, vinegar, and soy sauce. Divide mixture between two bowls.
  2. Grill pork, covered, 5 minutes per side or until done, basting with half of honey mixture every 2 minutes. Drizzle pork with remaining honey mixture.

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 3 slices center cut bacon, chopped
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 2 yellow squash, chopped
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ½ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  3. Cook zucchini and squash in drippings 7 to 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in pasta, bacon, basil, and salt.
