Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp grainy mustard
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 6 (6-oz) bone-in pork chops
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine honey, mustard, vinegar, and soy sauce. Divide mixture between two bowls.
- Grill pork, covered, 5 minutes per side or until done, basting with half of honey mixture every 2 minutes. Drizzle pork with remaining honey mixture.

- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 3 slices center cut bacon, chopped
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 2 yellow squash, chopped
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh basil
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Cook zucchini and squash in drippings 7 to 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in pasta, bacon, basil, and salt.
