Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix, divided
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with 1 Tbsp Ranch mix. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, and remaining Ranch mix in a large bowl. Add coleslaw; toss until coated.

- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

- Cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with salt and pepper.
