Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¾ cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cheese, olives, and tomatoes. Serve with chicken.

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or use 2 tsp dried dill)
  • ½ tsp salt
