Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¾ cup chopped kalamata olives
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, combine cheese, olives, and tomatoes. Serve with chicken.

- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or use 2 tsp dried dill)
- ½ tsp salt
