Mustard Roasted Chicken and Potatoes
Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb small red potatoes, halved
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a singe layer.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender.
