Salami and Mushroom Pizzas
Romaine Salad with Seasoned CroutonsIngredients
- 2 (13.9-oz) cans refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce
- 1 (7-oz) pkg thin-sliced salami
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 2 (8-oz) blocks mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll both cans of pizza dough onto 2 lightly greased large baking sheets. Brush with oil, and bake 5 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce over partially-baked crusts. Arrange salami and mushrooms on crusts. Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Return pizzas to oven, and bake 15 minutes longer or until crusts are golden brown and cheese melts, rotating pans halfway through baking.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
