Salami and Mushroom Pizzas

Romaine Salad with Seasoned Croutons

Ingredients

  • 2 (13.9-oz) cans refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce
  • 1 (7-oz) pkg thin-sliced salami
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 2 (8-oz) blocks mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll both cans of pizza dough onto 2 lightly greased large baking sheets. Brush with oil, and bake 5 minutes.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over partially-baked crusts. Arrange salami and mushrooms on crusts. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  3. Return pizzas to oven, and bake 15 minutes longer or until crusts are golden brown and cheese melts, rotating pans halfway through baking.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
