Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) pkg fully cooked beef steak
- ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen roasted corn
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1½ cups grape tomato medley, halved
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 1 small avocado, chopped
Instructions
- Reheat steak strips using package directions for skillet, about 6 minutes.
- Cook corn according to package directions.
- Whisk together lime juice, oil, garlic, and red pepper in a bowl. Add steak, corn, tomatoes, onion, and basil; toss. Gently stir in avocado.
