Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz) pkg fully cooked beef steak 
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen roasted corn
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1½ cups grape tomato medley, halved
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small avocado, chopped

Instructions

  1. Reheat steak strips using package directions for skillet, about 6 minutes.
  2. Cook corn according to package directions.
  3. Whisk together lime juice, oil, garlic, and red pepper in a bowl. Add steak, corn, tomatoes, onion, and basil; toss. Gently stir in avocado.
