Creamy Creole Shrimp
Garlicky Cauliflower "Grits"Wine Recommendation

Ingredients
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 green onions, chopped and divided
- ⅔ cup halved grape tomatoes
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 2½ Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with Creole seasoning in a bowl. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add shrimp, and cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet.
- Sauté garlic, half of onions, and tomatoes in same skillet 3 minutes. Remove to a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium; add cream. Simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cheese. Return shrimp and tomato mixture to skillet; toss. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Serve over Garlicky Cauliflower "Grits" recipe.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg cauliflower florets
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
- ⅛ tsp hot sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles grits.
- Cook cauliflower and garlic powder in hot oil in a saucepan over medium heat 4 minutes, stirring often. Add broth and hot sauce. Cook 12 minutes or until liquid evaporates, stirring often.
