Ranch Chicken and Bacon Skewers
Corn on the Cob and Steamed PeasIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1½ cups Ranch dressing, divided
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss chicken with ¾ cup dressing. Weave chicken and bacon alternately on skewers.
- Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until chicken is done and bacon is crisp.
- Serve with remaining Ranch for dipping.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-count) pack frozen corn on the cob mini ears
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen green peas
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook corn according to package directions; drain and rub with butter. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Steam peas according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
