Ingredients

  • 3 lb heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 4 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 1 English cucumber, cut into chunks
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, torn
  • 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh mint, torn
  • 1 cup chopped, roasted and salted pistachios
  • ¾ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
  • 3 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients except vinaigrette and honey on a large platter. Drizzle salad with vinaigrette and honey just before serving.
