Tomato-Cucumber-Feta Salad

Ingredients
- 3 lb heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 peaches, cut into wedges
- 1 English cucumber, cut into chunks
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, torn
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh mint, torn
- 1 cup chopped, roasted and salted pistachios
- ¾ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
- 3 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Arrange all ingredients except vinaigrette and honey on a large platter. Drizzle salad with vinaigrette and honey just before serving.
